CEO & Agent
Lotoya "Aiesha" Mannle
I’m California born and raised, and I’ve lived on the Eastside of Los Angeles for more than twenty years. Before real estate, I worked at Barneys New York, where I was first immersed in a world that valued restraint, proportion, and thoughtful craftsmanship. That early exposure to design and quality continues to inform how I read and understand homes.
I’ve been a licensed real estate agent for eleven years and, alongside my brokerage work, have renovated multiple properties across Los Angeles. These include a four-unit Spanish apartment building in Silver Lake, a sixteen-unit building in Altadena originally built in the 1920s for gold miners, a 1957 midcentury home in Los Feliz, and a 1923 French Revival in Adams Hill, which is also my primary residence. In addition to my own projects, I’ve managed client renovations after helping them acquire their homes, seeing each project through from initial concept to completion. Living with and working on buildings from different eras has given me an intimate understanding of how homes age, how they want to be treated, and how to improve them without erasing their character.
My work as an agent is rooted in observation and listening. When representing sellers, I approach each property as its own narrative, shaping a strategy that speaks to the right audience. When working with buyers, I help them move through a competitive market with clarity and confidence, grounding decisions in both intuition and experience.
I’m drawn to the spaces between disciplines, where architecture meets daily life and aesthetics intersect with practical realities. Years of hands-on renovation, construction, and project oversight allow me to guide clients through not only what a home is, but what it could quietly become over time.
Much of my business comes through referral, built on long-standing relationships and trust. I often see my role as that of a translator, making the process of buying and selling real estate more approachable and less intimidating, particularly for those who may only do it once or twice.
